Delivery Policy

Delivery area

We deliver only within Denmark. We do not ship abroad, and orders can only be completed with a Danish delivery address.

Delivery time

We pack and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. You can normally expect delivery within 3–7 working days from receiving your order confirmation.

Shipping

Delivery costs a fixed amount of DKK 100.00 regardless of the size of the order. The price is shown in the basket before you complete the purchase.

We ship with GLS — we choose the option that best suits your order. You can have the order delivered to your address or to a parcel shop, depending on what you choose when ordering. Once the parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a track and trace number by email so you can follow it.

Age on delivery

We sell alcohol, and you must be 18 years of age to shop with us. On delivery, the carrier may ask for valid photo ID as documentation of age. If age cannot be documented, the parcel will not be handed over.

Parcels that are not collected

If you do not collect a parcel from a parcel shop within the deadline, it is returned to us. We will contact you to arrange a new delivery. Please note that a new shipping cost may apply for re-dispatch.

Damage and faults on delivery

If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit or is incorrect, please contact us at vin@osterreich.dk as soon as possible. We will find a solution — see also our terms and conditions on complaints.
