Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop in our webshop. The deadline runs from the day you receive your order.
The right of withdrawal applies to unopened bottles with an unbroken seal. For reasons of hygiene, bottles whose seal has been broken after delivery cannot be returned.
How to withdraw
Write to us at vin@osterreich.dk before the deadline expires, stating clearly that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. You may use the standard withdrawal form from our terms and conditions, but this is not a requirement.
It is not enough simply to refuse to accept the parcel without also giving us notice.
Returning the item
Once you have given notice that you are withdrawing, you must send the item back without undue delay and no later than 14 days afterwards. Please note the following:
- You bear the costs of the return shipment.
- Pack the bottles securely — you are responsible for the item until we have received it back.
- Please enclose a copy of the order confirmation.
- We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.

Condition of the item
You may handle the item in the same way as if you were looking at it in a physical shop. If a bottle is opened, it is regarded as used and cannot be returned. You are liable for any diminished value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary.
Refunds
Once we have received the item back and approved its condition, we will refund your purchase — including the standard delivery cost you have paid — without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we received your notice that you are withdrawing.
We refund using the same means of payment you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold the amount until we have received the item, or until you have documented that it has been sent back.
Faults or damage to the item
If you have received a wrong item or one damaged in transit, this is not a withdrawal but a complaint. Write to us at vin@osterreich.dk as soon as possible and we will find a solution. If the complaint is justified, we cover reasonable shipping costs. See more in our terms and conditions.
